  • Items must be in brand-new condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

  • If you choose to return the item yourself, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely.

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned after this window will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued, minus a $20.00 processing fee per item.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Eligible international items may be returned for a refund; however, please note that a higher processing fee may apply to account for the additional shipping and handling costs associated with returns outside the United States.
